Due to the high volume of orders, processing may take anywhere from 2-5 business days. Orders placed during $20 Sales, Black Friday and 30% off or higher sales can take 3-5 business days to process. If your order is needed sooner, please select Express shipping during checkout. Please contact our customer service to ensure your package is shipped out timely after purchasing Express shipment. Express shipments will be processed 24-48 hours on operating business days.
THE SHIPPING DAYS SELECTED DURING CHECKOUT IS AN ESTIMATE TIMEFRAME CALCULATED ONCE THE CARRIER HAS YOUR PACKAGE IN THEIR POSSESSION. Our order processing data do not included the days selected during checkout. Express orders are the only orders shipped immediately. Advantage and Priority will be shipped in the order received. Orders are only processed on the weekdays.
Package Insurance can be requested by leaving a note “INSURANCE” during checkout. An invoice for insurance will be sent via email.

RETURNS/STORE CREDIT ONLY
Returns are requested via email only within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Please send pictures of the item(s) to our email info@fashionfreakssss.com.

Customer must contact us via email info@fashionfreakssss.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to receive store credit, which can only be used on in stock items. After the 7th day of receiving your item, it is considered Final Sale. After 7 business days if packages are not returned, our system can not process an exchange
Please note that prior to returning item, Again, please submit pictures of the item to our email first. If the item is not in the same state it was sent, this is considered FINAL SALE.
Items that are purchased on 30% Off or higher, Bogo sales and $20 Sale Collection, Cyber Monday, and BLACK FRIDAY SALES codes are FINAL SALES. NO EXCEPTIONS! Discount codes can’t be used with $20 Sales. This will result in cancellation of your order. All Knit,Sheer, Lace, Crotchet, Bodysuits (Sets), Full Sequins Items/Sets,Coverups, Tulle and Swimwear are FINAL sale items. Items that are ALL predominantly white,Ivory, cream ,natural and beige items are FINAL sale.
Store Credit can only be used on IN STOCK items.
The customer is responsible for returning items for store credit. Return items using USPS only. The return address is provided via email for approved returns only.
Once the item is received, the customer will receive an email with a code. This store credit code will be worth the same amount of $ purchased from the exchanged item. We do not hold items.
Please send your tracking number once your returned item is in route. This way it can be tracked, ALWAYS make sure you are sending the package to the correct address before it is shipped out. For your own records, taking a photo of the package (showing the barcode and address of package) is suggested. Please allow 48-72 hours for a store credit via email once your package has arrived.
DELIVERED PACKAGES
**If your item is listed as DELIVERED under your tracking number, please contact your local USPS/UPS office to dispute this situation by making a claim. We are not responsible for packages that have been listed DELIVERED to the address you have provided for shipment.
If your order is undeliverable or is pending shipment for days, please contact US immediately to resolve the issue with the carrier used.
**International Orders: We are not responsible for customer fees, custom fees or balances owed on packages. We are not responsible for orders shipped and/or delivered to third party carrier/freight companies.
PREORDERED ITEMS
Preorder items are only ordered when placed by the customer. This means the item was ordered specifically for you and was not in stock at the time the order was placed. A 15% restock fee will be deducted if an exchange is needed. Store credit can not be used on Preorder purchases due to the item not being in stock. The preorder date is an estimate and is subject to change. If the item is back ordered for more than a month from the original date, a refund can be requested. Discount codes can not be used on preorder purchases.
Store Credit can only be used on IN STOCK items.
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
Any person who is proven to steal our content and photography will be ban from our website. It is more than likely we will have our attorney contact you for restitution for this stolen content. The paperwork will be sent to the email and served at the address provided on your order. All orders placed will be a final sale of the photograph thief returns to purchase. In most cases these orders will be refused
